Iconpainting Workshop
A three-day Byzantine iconography workshop in Hamilton, led by master iconographer Valentin Streltsov and assisted by Ksenia Sapunkova. During the workshop, participants explored the traditional techniques of Byzantine icon painting and created an icon of St. Nicholas, complete with a gilded halo. Following the completion of the icons, they were blessed by a priest after the Sunday Divine Liturgy.
